Hi, I do not have the sch, but I can give you a hint. Search on atmel website for 89c51 flash microcontrollers/programmer. There is a page somwhere, inside those docs which tells you how to do that, with some sch. Basically, whay you need to do in order to make in system programming (for uc which does not have such feature implemented - like scenix uc which use osc1 and osc2 pin to program/debug) is to connect all pins used for programming to a connector (to programming device) and put some 3state buffers between those pins and surrounding circuits. When you program the chip, you must isolate those pins from outer circuits by putting those buffers in 3state, and after the programming is done put them back for normal operation. You have to take care about the sense, since those pins can be in or out during normal operation.
