I tried to search for the "Wright" in Canada but got nothing! but looks like a lot of quartz crystal on the market is make by "CCCN" any one has the info of this company?
All I can suggest is that you send out some e-mail queries. DFSales claims to have lots of crystals instock with this designation. I would suggest sending them an e-mail asking for a datasheet. From the datasheet, you can determine either the manufacturer or the specs you need.
Also, assuming that this is a Canadian company, an e-mail to some Canadian parts manufacturers may point you in the right direction. Below are some URLs of Canadian comanies that make crystals.
