C8051F300 and C2 silabs 4wire interface

I buy this ToolStick_BaseAdapter_UG

and ToolStick_Debug_Adapter_UG wich is connected to BaseAdapter:

and connect true ( 4 wire) C2 interface to C8051F300
(power connect via toolstick: 3v3 and gnd)
and another 2 wires C2CK and C2D!
When I try to connect with "Silicon Laboratories IDE" I cant' establish connection!
What you mean? Why not connect to F300?
Please for basic help!

p.s.
I try with 10k pullup on C2CK and without pullup!
 

is C2 debuging depended on what option is programmed F3xx ?
Because I think my micros are programmed and maybe this is reason why "Silicon Laboratories IDE" not detect F300....?!

p.s.
i have only capacitor 100nF decupled VCC and GND and NOTHING else on C8051F300!

p.s.2
but 100nF isn't so close to micros! about 5cm

Added after 3 hours 43 minutes:

solve problem!!
only bad contacts!
:(

now all working ok!
