DVI Controller for Xilinx FPGA

xilinx dvi controller

I am looking for a DVI Controller to display video via DVI port. I am using ML506 xilinx board which comes with xilinx Virtex-5 SX50T FPGA. Unfortunately Xilinx dosen't have the DVI core (at least I couldn't find it). the dvi controller which could be found in ML506 design files is designed to be used with Microblaze processor.


anybody knows how can I find a dvi controller core. if is strange that there is no trace of dvi core in the web.

I was also in the same position when I was trying to look for a DVI core but I had to redesigned the board using DVI transmitter chipsets. You could look at the DVI transmitter data sheets for ideas in how to design one.
