Hi Sir/Madam,

Statement below say SDRAM available today support maximum burst pulse speeds between 228Mbytes/s ( burst =4, CL=3, F=100MHz) and 528Mbytes/s
(burst = 256, CL=2, F=133Mhz) for row access.

Can someone help to explain the calculation? Thanks.
