modelsim 6.2g - looking inside RAM

hekp with RAM

Hi,
1.Do I have an option on modelsim 6.2g, to look inside a RAM that I have and to see the data inside?
What I need to do?

2.on modelsim, in the workspace window under the'status' column, the backround of the status of my module_tb (after compilation) is yellow.
Whats the meaning of that?
(everything is working OK,compilation and simulation)

In the modelsim window, Under workspace Tab , click on the sim tab and the find the instance of the RAM. Right-click on the instance and select "add to wave."

You can view the contents of the RAM by right-clicking the RAM instance and selecting View Contents. I think you can do this in the Workspace tab.
