Higher Level Metal Usage - M2 vs. M6

Higher Level Metal Usage

Hi,

I have one block which is separated by 500um, long length. Which metal i have to use M2 or M6.Assume no congestion and i can use both freely.

Is it connected power? I'd use the M6 if possible if it has a lower sheet resistance, otherwise it wont make any difference, unless you dont need M6?
