about buffered opamp

i want to design a buffered opamp,the first stage is folded cascoded opamp,and the second stage is class AB push-pull output;for the sake of stability,i added a capacitor
C1 in the output of first stage;
but my problem is,when i increase GBW,the PM decrease;when i increase PM,GBW
decrease;if GBW is fixed, increase PM will decrease the dc gain;
how to increase GBW(from 10M to 100M) with PM 60deg and dc-gain 60dB;
very confused,pls help me.

Re: about buffered opamp

Hi,

You can read "Allen & Hollberg " book for opamps, In that there is a table (6th or 5th chapter) related to opamp simulations.

I think it will helpful

Are you sure that the 2nd stage is stable?

I think 2nd stage current is not sufficient in your design. Check it out once and add CC for compenstation.
