Is there any boost converter with synchronous rectification?
There are a lot of buck converters with synchronous rectification, but I have not seen any boost converter with synchronous rectification.
If you have seen any, pls upload the paper.

Thanks!

Friend,
I am also searching that please help me...send syn boost converter topology....

Regards,
JK

I have designed and tested integrated ones but they never
saw production or publication. I bet there are some though.

At higher voltages the Vf of a power Schottky is a trivial loss,
making the extra effort and expense (high level shift voltage,
phasing, large power FET with its switching losses and large
capacitance) not so worthwhile.

You might begin with an analysis of the various inefficiency
terms, and decide whether the diode is really worth chasing.
Cost, effort and things-to-go-wrong.
