Which one to get ATMEL or TI ARM7 based micro controller???

Hi Guys

I am a bit confused in selecting between atmel at91sam7se-ek and TI TMS470R1B1M kickstart kit. i want to develope small robotics models using these board. TI is bit more expensive as compared to ATMEL. Which IDE is better from programming and debuging among these board.

guys pls give some leads on this...
