Help me with factorization of integers into their prime factors

I'm trying to factorize any integer into its prime factors by taking that number as the vertex of a cuboid in 3-d with no co-ordinate =0.
can any one help me with this?

I think that you can not factorize any integer in its prime factors because it is the main issue in Cryptography and security protocols.
