Hello

I want to measure S parameters of bipolar transistor. Have I to provide matching for them when I connecting it for analizer equipment?

no, you donot need to do so,but y should that your transistor is not oscillate at first

also I think you need measure the parameter under different bias

Hi dear friend

See this note:
if this note can't help you i think if you refer to your analyzer manual, you can find helpfull information. or search internet for yor analyzer type and measuring methodes that its manufacturer proposed.

i wanted to reduce file size to less points decrement for you. but i thought the pictures' quality ( including schematics )in the file may be lost.

regards
