Currently I am working as CAD engineer at STMicrolectronics since 3 years. I design embedded non volatile memories in a CMOS compatible process. My main tasks are:
•Schematic design and simulation (with Cadence Virtuoso and Mentor Eldo simulator...);
•Layout drawing with Virtuoso and checking (DRC/DFM/LVS) with Mentor Calibre;
•Testchip design and testing support;
•Specification documents redaction;
•I'm working on CMOS technologies from 180nm to 45nm
