can anyone give me a reference about interfacing microcontroller, especially at89s51/51/55, with external ram such as serial eeprom? i need to know the wiring and commands (asm or c) to access it. thanks in advance
 

Latest Version Of Microcontroller Mazidi Book its available . Check out with that book
 

Give some extra details. Is it an I2C (24Cxxx) EEPROM or a SPI one (93Cxx, 25Cxxx)?
