hi, i would like to design 2-10V LDO. But it is very difficult to desing 2-10V bandgap. Do anyone has idea?

you can apply a depletion MOS transistor as a current source independence the voltage.

Hi, sisching,
Would you please explain why such a 2-10V bandgap is needed in LDO?
Thanks.

You may use auxiliary linear regulator for bandgap voltage reference.
