hi .. I want to convert 220v AC to 6v DC with the help of diodes please help me with circuit diagram ....

try using capacitive dropper for low cost if current consumption is not more than 100ma. This would save space as well

Hi vishal,
What current you need and level of smoothing 6 volts DC ?
The safe and easier way is use a 220/6 volts transformer and rectify it.
