[SOLVED] Zeroth Harmonic of a real time signal

I'm so much confused with zeroth harmonic....i came across that zeroth harmonic of a signal is its DC offset value. for 50% duty cycle waveform, amplitude of zeroth harmonic is 0.5V. is it true? how they calculated???
