Electrodes for sweat lactate pH measurement

I want to use this circuit for measuring pH of sweat:

Simple pH Meter Circuit Diagram

This would be useful to assess the lactic acid content.

I might as well try zinc-copper. There's also zinc-magnesium. How can I coat a PCB copper trace with zinc or magnesium?

PLEASE do not use such circuit to measure pH directly on skin!!!!

If for some reasons there a even small leak from the mains voltage, you will risk to kill the subject under examination!!!
If you want to try such circuit, PLEASE use only low voltage batteries as your power supply.
NEVER EVER use mains powered circuits if they have to be in contact with skin or other body parts.
