getting tape out of sony ccd-trv308

Need repair manual / schematics for Sony Camcorder (CCD-TRV308)

Left side of tape door is jammed and will not close properly.

Showing error code C:31:11

Any help would be much appreciated,

Mindrover:

The schematics will not show you how to fix mechanical problems.
But I worked on my own cam corder many times.
I found that the only way to get the door mechanism unjammed is to take the camcorder housing apart.
Just take your time and put all the little screws in a cup or so. Make sure the battery is out!

No this is NOT what you are looking for. This is an operation manual not a service manual.

Yes thank you. Exit tape guide had come loose and needed the illustrated breakdown to figure what needed to be done to get it back right.
 

is the schematic available by any chance , anyone?
