To produce a handphone charger on a motorcycle

i have to conduct a project to produce a cell phone charger on motorcycle, but i have no idea at all since i am a newbie in electronic. Can anyone help me please?
Can i just use the circuit inside a charger and connect it on the battery of bike?

Hi,

Analyse a cell-phone-charger for Cars. You can find a clue.
Chargers for AC-supply can't helps you.
