Optical Fiber over SFP connector

Hi,

We are planning to take fiber optical cable over the SFP connector.Will it create any problems due to power dissipation.If so pls suggest us the isolation method to avoid problems due to Power dissipation.

Not much more or less than a regular optical transceivers. If you're using fiber transceivers, you cannot avoid the power dissipation issue. Laser are relatively power hungry.
 
All that matters is that the cable length does not exceed the max length for that specific modules, if the cable is close to the limit then things like ensuring maximum bend radiuses are not exceeded becomes important.

And you should also make sure goo quality of SFP transceivers and fiber optic cables. Indee, power dissipation is innevitable, but you can control power dissipation.
