less than 10-ohm resistor on chip

Good day fellows,

I planned to implement a 5 to 10 ohm resistor on chip.
I will be using the 0.35 micron process.
Is this reasonable and attainable?

The current that will flow through it will 20-25mA.

don't be confused. the resistor is not the only device in the chip, it's just one of the components in the LED driver circuit.

the resistor would serve as an Rsense for the current through it.
I am aware that the process variation on resistor is around 20-40%.
what are the possible complications that may arise if I pursue this design?

Are you planning to use a high side or low side current sensing because on the high side, you might have PSRR problems. And another thing, do you have a salicided resistor option or may be a metal resistor option in your process? If yes, you can use thehm
