sir, i want a circuit that output voltage is 5v when the input supply crosses 230 v ac,(by using comparators).

What do you mean by crossing 230 V? Max AC voltage available is 230 V rite?

So you require 5 volts ONLY when the AC voltage crosses 230 Volts? Whats the purpose of that circuit?
