Help me on P89V52X2FN ICP hardware

P89V52X2FN

Hi.....
P89V52X2FN make use of in circuit programming(ICP) to program its flash memory.
There are usb dongles and other hardware is available for programming, which is supported by flash magic.
Do any body know what that hardware exactly do???
and how it communicate with the controller....
can we have any reference design for this???:?::?::!:
 

its almost 100 views on this topic, still nobody is able help.
it seems nobody use this microcontroller.

Well, the above mentioned solutions are not really expensive, why not using them? They did the work already. You don't want to pay this little money for the solution, go ahead and do the work yourself and pay so much more than buying what's available.
btw. I sell development tools for a living :)
