I have problem with Belinea 101725 Art No. 111707 .
The whole problem is that the "neon lights" back light does not work .
The led blink like it is in power safe mode .
Everything other sens to bee ok ( after specific rotation in to the light can see everything on the monitor - feebly )
It has a 2 PCB :
IPHS4L rev. 1.7 ( IPHS4L17 )

I was trying to find some servis manuals for this monitor type ( and the servis manual for every pcb in this monitor ) but i does not find everything free .
