it is known that at main distribution frame, jumpers are used to connect exchange pair and subscriber pair of wires.

that means the number of drop wires at the distribution point are equal to subscriber pairs at MDF ?

there are no multiplexing techniques are used at DP or FP ?
 

exactly...the no.of drop wires at DP are equal to subscriber pairs at MDF and no multiplexing techniques are used at distribution point or feeder point.
