1)What do you face new in DRC when you go from 90nm to 65nm?

2)Where do you check shorts, in DRC or in LVS?

Re: DRC 90 nm vs 65 nm

I don't think there are much changes in the DRC/LVS stand point if you are transitioning from 90nm to 65nm.

But there are lot of additional DRC's rules being checked when you are transitioning from 65 to 40 nm or below techs.

In LVS you will be checking the shorts/opens.

Dear thanks

You have cleared my doubt regarding Shorts......

I know more DRC rules are there for 65 nm.
Pease give me the list of those extra rules if you have.
or send me the doc/pdf if you have regarding this(DRC)
