8T SRAM how to calculate SNM ??

If you are referring to 8T as just a 6T cell with an extra read buffer (inverter), then the SNM is the same as 6T. You can use the Seevinck method in SPICE (JSSC 1987) since the output buffer has no effect on the internal nodes aside from added capacitance.

If the cell core is ANYTHING other than cross coupled inverters, you need to be careful when calculating SNM. I have been spending a great deal of time on this very topic - http://michaelwieckowski.com/?p=27 is my first explanation of the butterfly curve for 6T. I will have another post soon explaining why this won't work for other cell structures.

There is also a tool (and a paper from DATE) you can refer to for making SNM measurements of other cell types: **broken link removed**

Hope it helps.
