Hi
I need to convert my data protocol from I2c to Rs485
I used this circuit and simulated this in proteus but it doesn't work:
**broken link removed**

I use this circuit for my sda and scl in both side of my network (Master and slaves)
my master and slaves are ATMEGA32 and distance between them is more than 30m

The output from the 74LS33 gates is OC [open collector], so you need to add pull-up resistors ..
Also, it's good to have bias resistors on one node of the RS-485 network ..
See attached picture ..

Maybe the above modifications will help you to get it working ..

Rgds,

Hi
I add these resistor but my circuit doesn't work yet,
I don't know what can I do?

At least I2C SDA is a bidirectional signal. It can't be routed through a different interface standard without determining the
data direction. The circuit shown above doesn't achieve this. See NXP P82B96 as an example of an I2C bidirectional bus buffer
that is able to extract data direction from the bus signal.

Hi
thank you for your attention, I start to read that pdf, I hope that file can help me

hi
my circuit errors finished, but my circuit doesn't work right,
now I want add max485 to my library in proteus, because it does not exist in my program and I use max487,
can you help me add one of below components to my proteus library:
MAX485 / LTC485 / DS485 / SP485 / ADM485 / SN75167B
