Please what circuit should use to transfer my hex file to my microcontroller AT89S52.
 

Do have a look at this thread with same topic, But regarding how to use a USBasp to program 89S series. Too various other pages with 89 programmer topics and uploads.

Google AECISP. Then you just need a 10k, 10uF and a DB-25.

There you go.
