Can you fix CRC errors in WinRAR?

Hi guys.
I have two couples of rar files that some of them have CRC error when I want to unpack them. is there anybody could to help me?
please I need it. it's urgent.
 

winrar crc error

Try to repair them with WinRAR (from the Tools menu choose Repair archive). If it doesn't work, download some of the software available on the internet (search for "winrar repair" in Google)

thanks sir. I've done all of this. but you know i have a dvd that split it whit WinRAR and now when I want to open it one time it says file 03 has problem and second time it says file 09 has occurred next time it says file 06 has occurred. I really need a way to solve this.
