picoblaze vs microblaze

Hi,
What is Picoblaze and Microblaze processor, I need to learn these , where to start, wethere is a hardware board r software , if software means from where i can download it, if it is a hardware where i can buy.

what is picoblaze

best is to google it. But briefly, picoblaze is 8 bit embedded microcontroller sofcore for spartan and virtex devices.

microblaze is "processor" softcore.
