i am waiting for this book also, but its not on springerlink yet. according to springer website the date has changed from March 2009 to April 30, 2009

There are so many people waiting for that book and so do I.
There is one thing I worry about. The author seems to focus on EKV model which I do not use now and that is complicated for me to convert EKV to BSIM. Anyway, it is always good to see more.
