Hi, can somebody share with me some full project for make big full color led display,
I have a very large number of R, G and B 5mm led, i want to make a pitch with 2R1G1B,

aku adalah enginering di sebuah perusahaan pembuatan LED Display full color di Hongkong.
Aku punya semua data untuk membuat LED Display full color dari awal sampai jadi.
Tapi aku bener2 gak masuk akal dengan cara membuat membuat 5mm pixell LED Display menggunakan 4 LED.
Pabrik kami hanya sanggup membuat 6 mm pixel paling kecil saat ini
itu pun kami menggunakan SMD.
SMD itu adalah satu LED yang bisa menghasilkan 3 warna.
itupun kami harus membuat PCB 4 Layer ( 2 PCB dua layer yang digabungkan )
Tapi semoga sukses yach.

Aku juga punya rencana untuk membuat pabrik LED Display sendiri di Indonesia, tapi gak kesampaian ( kurang modal nich )

Pembuatan LED Display ini gak bisa ditanggani secara sembarangan LED sangat berpengaruh terhadap listrik statik, suhu solder, dan lain sebagainya.

kamu harus bisa mengatur lumen dari warna agar warna tidak belang, and cemerlang. untuk itu kamu harus mempunyai kumpulan LED yang sama lumennya, kamu harus punya alat untuk mengukur lumen harganya itu kurang lebih : 60jt.

note : lumen sebuah led itu berbeda walau diproduksi saat bersamaan, jadi kamu harus membeli led dengan lumen yg sama, dan jarang sekali pabrik yang menjual LED dengan lumen yang sama, karena pabrik menjual LED bukan untuk bikin LED Display, tetapi sekedar acesories.

untuk outdoor kamu harus mempunyai lem khusus untuk anti air.

dan terakhir kamu tetap harus membeli master card untuk bisa mengoperasikan LED display tersebut lewat komputer.

bukan aku mau menjatuhkan mental kamu, membuat LED Display full color dalam jumlah kecil, or untuk experiment akan menghabiskan biaya dan waktu, itu tidak sebanding dengan kalau kita beli barang jadi.

I'm from Indonesia, i'm enginering at factory of LED Display.
I have everything data to make LED Display.
where you come from ?
is very waste a time and money, if you just want to make LED Display for one project.

if you put 2R 1G 1B
you can put is like this

you must have double layer PCB and you must buy the double layer from factory if you want the quality is good, i think the factory will not make it from you if you just buy a little.

i'm sorry i can't open your PCB files, if don't mind tell me the program to open it.

to make LED Display is very complicated, the LED bulb is very sensitive to electric static, and temperature, so you must have anti static equipment, and also all you foot step is make from rubber anti static.
electric static will make the led bulb broke, the broke of led bulb not mean the led can't light, but the changing of lumen.

You must have have led same color with same lumen.
if you not your picture not good enough
so a lot of factory of LED Display have the LED bulb factory, so they can choose the lumen they want.
in same process, the lumen of LED bulbs will be different lumen.
if you only buy the LED, there are a lot of different lumen in one bag.
after that you will not satisfy with your LED Display picture.

if you doing is an outdoor LED display, you must have a good LED lumen. so the picture will still show on a day light.
so why we need 2 R, because the R lumen is the lower lumen.

for the outdoor LED Display, you need a special glue to make the LED Display water resistance, the expired time of glue is only 6 months ( so i hope you can finished the job before 6 month).
you also need the mask from good plastic, you can contact the factory of plastic to make it for you, i think the factory will make it for you if you buy with a large number. or you can buy a plastic injection machine by yourself.

the mask is use for ultraviolet resistance from the sun light. ( it will make the color of red become orange if you don't use it )

a lot of thing must to do and prepare before make led display.
is just like can i make network card by myself, yes you can, but the quality, the money, the time you waste to make your own network card is not equal.
is more cheap and good for you to buy from the factory in china
i will tell you the good price and good quality.
