hot to fix memory allocation failure

Hi, all,
When I do S-para simulation in ADS Mom, the system gives the following warning message:
C:\ADS2005\bin\MomEngine:Error--unable to allocate 104800 bytes, process may terminate without further warning.
Memory allocation failure, no more virtual memory available.

And the simulation stoped. What does this mean? How to resolve it? Thanks all.

it means u have reached the maximum allocated virtual memory on your hard disk, to increase it go to the help of your operationg system and search for "virtual memory" and there u will find how to increse it.

another thing is the fact that your system require virtual memory means it will slow down so the better solution is to upgrade your physical memory, u have to buy a RAM.

warning: allocation failure on disk

It is not virtual memory it is DDR RAM size.
Virtual memory can be increased by allocating the free disk space.
This problem will be there even you increase the virtual memory.
So test the mother board for the maximum capacity of RAM size and fix it.
