How can I calculate the maximum power for a microstripe transmission line?

Pulse power or continuous power? For short pulses, the break down voltage is the one that you need to consider. For continuous power, you need to consider other factors such heat dispassion, etc.

it's continous power.. I'd like to know how I can calculate the limit and I will refrigerate the estructure with watter.
