understanding sigma-delta data converters by Schreir & Temes.

I´ve read it, but i don´t have the electronical version. If you get it, please send me the link to download it.

Also u can find valuable data in Analog Devices and Maxim-ic web sites
some application notes in these two web sites have really beautiful explanation of the subject
 

And try wiki for a quick understanding.
