hi SPLICE IS A PERMANENT JOINT. WHERE AS CONNECTOR IS A TEMPARORY JOINT
ONCE SPLICE IS CONNECTED ,U CANNOT REMOVE IT, BUT IN CONNECTORS
U CAN CHANGE CONNECTORS
