Hi. I'm having a problem with an aplicaction. I want to control four lamps of high power (1200 watts). Actually i'm using a national instruments fieldpoint and a PWM module. In the power electronics i'm using IGBTS (IRGPH40F1). Each Lamp is connected to an igbt and a pwm channel. It seems to work fine for one and two lamps, but when i connect a third lamp all the igbts get damaged. I need to control four lamps simultaneusly. Does anybody have an idea why can't i connect more than two lamps simultaneously?. Attached is the circuit i'm using.

Thank you.

Reason is most likely your "control light dimmer" circuit.

Hi Sinisa, the control ligth dimmer circuit really doesn't exist i have the pwm's output directly to the igbt's gate. Can't see the solution you gave me. can you put the image again please?
