Hi friends
I have designed a bandgap reference without OPA at 1.2V ,Now i would have a reference at 0.9 and 2.1V
please help
thx

I didn't understand your meaning.
1. U designed a BGR at 1.2V power supply, and now u want the BGR still work at 0.9V and 2.1V power supply.

2. U designed a BGR at 1.2V power supply, and now want designed another BGR to work at 0.9~2.1V power supply.

Or u want others. Please talk us other details, such as the output of BGR, process etc.

I want a bangap wich generate a Vout=0.9V and 2.1V
the power supply is Vdd=3V
thx

bangap generates 1.2 V
for other reference voltages you need opamp and resistors

It seems you are using 0.35 technology?

@pixel: op-amps are not necessary for non-bandgap references

ok.. i thought on standard bangap with bipolars...
Which non-bandgap reference can give 2.1V ? Usually thoose with mosfets are at ~500 mV

You can refer to Problems 11.17 of Razavi's textbook.

Widlar referece may help you. You can derive a referece voltage at 2.1V first, then divide it with res to get 0.9V. This may be a relative low cost solution, however more res means more noise.

hi friends
i have some problem to design the resistor divider
it works at big values of R1 and R2 and i will have some problems to implement it.
i need help
regards
