cmos bandgap reference circuit

just find it in the textbook or search in the forum.

Thanks you all,

But the thing I need is I want to generate 1.8V for my supply voltage. The bandgap as I know the bandgap reference gives the voltage around 1.2 V.

Any idea about this?

You can use current mode bg. it can generate low voltage reference

u can adjust your output by the value of output resistance, there is a relation between the bandgap output and the output current which is represented by the resistance ...
