Problem with SMPS that works in DCM at light load and in CCM at heavy load

I have designed a flyback power supply which working in DCM at light load and CCM at heavy load. Any problem with this design?
 

SMPS Problem

Are you changing the frequency? if so building an EMI filter will take a little more work, but otherwise the design is common practice.
