I need to konw more about power estimation techniques. then would you please send me papers that completely explain about it?

prime power tutorial power estimation

Power estimation at which level ? Transitor Level or Gate level.
With Gate-level you can go for PrimePower Tutorial.
With Transitor-level you can go for NanoSim and Hspice.
Both power estimation methodology and power categories are well defined there .

Can anyone tell me How to calculate the Leakage Power for a Flop(Transistor level)?.

Hi,
for computing of leakage power in transistor level you can use hspice.
maybe .op instruction can help you because it computes the current and power in a special time with this operation.

But I mean system level power prediction.I want a paper that describes system level power estimation completely.
