Help me plot VCO characteristics

Dear Members,
I'm planning to plots some characteristics of a VCO designed at transistor level for performance evaluation. I'm looking for experiments to do (by simulation) in order to have the plots.
Who can help me ?

VCO Characterisation

for the VCO ,u need to plot the following
1) simple output frequency spectrum to see the harmonics

2) plot the tuning characteristics "the Freq Vs Control voltage"

3) the phase noise of the oscillator

4)load pulling , change the load and see how the frequency of oscillation changes

5) simulate the supply pushing , vary the supply and see how the frequency changes

I still do not know how to plot these carachteristics Khouly. I'm using Virtuoso with Eldo. The only one plot that I obtain is the Control voltage in function of time. Vc=f(t)
I guess that I have to plot manually these curves using the Vc=f(t) curve.
Am I right ?
It's clear how to do that for the second point that you mensioned (Freq vs Vc) however I don't see what and how to plot the other.

Could you please explain what experiments Have I to do for ploting the other listed points ?

u need to have the ELdo RF option to use SST comman , which by it u can plot check mentor graphics application notes , to see the phase noise simulation , and the tuniing range

I'm using Eldo v6.8_3.1 does it has the RF option ?
Could you please tell me where I can get the concerned application notes ?
