Looking for information about the String Theory

Also it's not so much a discovery as a collection of theoretical constructs. Because they apply to such a small domain there aren't a lot of experiments that have any hope of testing the theories.

As such a lot of physicists really hate string theory :D

i am not quite agree with your mention of "they apply to such a small domain"
