Hi All,
Please who can tell me what makes the differences between CMOS transistors and RF CMOS transistor ?

basic ones could be the power handling capacity, oxide thickness, etc.

u could check the library files for more detailed differences.

Ok,
But suppose that you are planing to design a circuits which library to use ?

The library RF CMOS has equations that describe the behavior for RF signal, higher as of parameters of noise and Parasitic capacitance that appears on the gate at high frequencies.

In order to answer your question, let me tell you that RF CMOS transistors have been designed for High frequencies since ordinary ones don't have this ability to remain their gain in higher frequencies while in process of RF transistors Inner Capacitors are considered as slow as possible to make a good frequency responce.
Good Luck my friend.

A cmos transistor and an "RF" transistor are the same. The only differerence is the techniques used to lay them out. Normally the RF will have more guard rings more matching and connections at the top/bottom to keep the gate as fast as possible. I have expericance in cmos/RF and have completed the Advanced analog techniques course and its all about technique.

you can find elaborative answers in some RF CMOS books, for example Tom Lee's book.

Do you mean Thomas lee ?
Please Tell me the exact name of the autor/Book.
Thanks.

RF CMOS ?? is it Radio frequency ?
what are the advantages over normal CMOS?
