Best material to learn Emacs??

I recently started using Emacs, however it is quite unusual for me..
so....anyone can give me any advice to learn emacs??
actually, i wanna get used to asap though i know it's not easy...so...can you recommand me any material for it? need very detail one...

if you are using unix or linux based machine, on the terminal type in
> man emacs

you should get a quick guide. It might be all you need.

there is a nice book from oreilly
" GNU emacs" in nutshell series..
However it does have much info about VHDL or verilog mode.
below are some references you can use....


but if you really want to learn emacs the best way is use it often.Its like learning driving a car, hard to learn but becomes as easy as reflexes once you know how to do it.
