IN RADAR THE PHASENOISE OF TRANSMITTED SIGNAL ,WHAT PARAMETERS WILL EFFECT.WHY HIGH PHASE NOISE REQUIRED(100Hz OFFSET)
 

it is a big question!
phase noise will effect the EVM, finally effect the BER.if the radar is in a networ, phase noise will effect the reciprocal mixing and acpr.
