tsa5511

It is a I2C bus controlled PLL initially designed for use in TV tuners but due to its wide band coverage, has use in a lot of ATV circuits and transmitters.
It is easily interfaced with AVR and PIC mcu's.
Check out the pdf in the philips site for that and its variances.

Cheers

Hello Aydin,

try the link below to the datasheet:

hxxp://www.semiconductors.philips.com/pip/TSA5511_CNV_3.html
(x=t)

This PLL chip is discontinued, however you'll find a lot of related material on the web. Just search Google for TSA5511+philips.

Some other vendors produced compatible chips(Infineon/formerly Siemens SDA3302, Plessey SP5511).

regards, Al
