best institute for masters or phd in signal processing ?

please tell me the best institute out of followings for masters or phd in signal processing :
1 MIT
2. Harvard
3. Cambridge university
4. Oxford university
5. Any other

If money is no object then shoot for MIT but remember just because you goto MIT does not mean you will be better prepaired for a career in DSP then if you went to another (and there are many) school.

The thing to remember is that its not where you go to school, its what you do with that education afterwards that counts.

I wont disagree with anyone the MIT is a top notch school, but spend some time researching other schools to make sure that you find the one that fits best with your educational desires, your focus in DSP, and beleive it or not even your personality.

Well cambridge is far far better in signal processing than oxford. I live in the UK, have a masters degree from Edinburgh Uni, and I was looking for a phd in SP in UK, so I did my research and found Cambridge to be at the top, although I dropped my plans for a phd.
